Ordering

Che taglia dovrei comprare?

Se non sei sicuro di quale sia la taglia giusta per te, consulta le nostre guide alle taglie.

Anelli:

Per conoscere la tua taglia, ti invitiamo a scaricare un porta anelli stampabile e a posizionare su di esso un anello che già possiedi

O usa la nostra tecnica -> scegli la misura dell'anello (link)

 

Bracciali:

Per conoscere la misura del braccialetto o del braccialetto, devi misurare l'ampiezza del polso con un nastro e poi misurare il nastro. 

Collane:

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

How can I pay ?

We accept card payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron and Vpay logo. We also use the Paypal payment platform.

All our payment options are 100% secured. 

What currency do you accept ?

We accept most of the world currencies (£, €, $ ...).

If you want to pay in a different currency from where your are located, you can change the currency at the right top corner of the Home page or Left bottom corner.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use our local courier partner Royal Mail. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. If your order cannot be delivered (wrong or incomplete address, tax fees unpaid) your order will be return to Lonyca and you will need to contact customer service to send it again (fees will be charged).

Do you ship overseas?

Sì, spediamo in tutto il mondo. Verranno applicati i costi di spedizione e verranno aggiunti al momento del pagamento.

How long before my order to be shipped ?

La realizzazione dei tuoi gioielli può richiedere dai 3 ai 6 giorni lavorativi prima della spedizione. 

Can I return my order ?

In the event that you are not satisfied with the products, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 clear days from the day of receipt of your order to return one or more items, without justifying the reason.
The returned product(s) must be new, unworn, unused or unused and in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Otherwise the package will be returned. The customer organizes the return at his convenience, at his expense and at his risk to the address that will be communicated to him by customer service contact@lonyca.com.

Our Jewellery

Qual è l'oro 14k riempito?

This jewellery technique is born in America. It consists in applying a thick layer of 14 carat gold (575/1000 or 5 microns) on a commun metal such as brass or silver.

The weight of the gold corresponds to 1/20 of the final weight product which means 50 to 100 times more than gold-plated products.

Much more resistant than gold-plated jewellery, gold-filled gives jewellery the noble appearance, the aesthetic and hypoallergenic characteristics of gold, ensuring an unlimited duration over time under normal conditions of use.

How are the jewels made ?

All our jewellery is handmade in our London workshop. This is why every piece is unique and can be personalised.

How long does it take to create a jewel ?

The realisation of your jewels can take 3 to 6 working days.  However, we will send you an email to let you know when your order is in our atelier and when it is shipped.

For some reasons, in very busy periods (like promotions, Christmas, limited collections etc...) you can expect some delays. 

Nonetheless, we will let you know about the delays by email.

Do you do tailored jewels ?

La maggior parte dei nostri gioielli sono personalizzabili. Stiamo creando gioielli per eventi per matrimoni, addio al nubilato, baby shower, feste di compleanno... non esitate a inviarci una e-mail.

Quindi, se non vendiamo il tuo gioiello dei sogni, non esitare a contattarci via e-mail: contact@lonyca.com per poter parlare di questo meraviglioso gioiello il prima possibile.

Che pietre usi?

Utilizziamo solo pietre semipreziose o gemme naturali e pietre naturali come ambra, madreperla, perle coltivate ecc...

General care

We advise you to use a soft and dry cloth to revive the shine of gold which becomes patina over time.

Care in wet environnement

Si consiglia di non indossarli sotto la doccia, in piscina, in mare (acqua salata marina), spa (sauna, hammam) ecc.. Come può alterare il pezzo.

Beauty products

Beauty products, cosmetics, perfumes, body mists, etc. can tarnish or damage the plating of your jewelry.

What about sport ?

Umidità, incluso sudore o qualsiasi materiale abrasivo che può danneggiare i tuoi gioielli. Per motivi di sicurezza ti consigliamo di rimuovere i tuoi gioielli prima di praticare qualsiasi attività.
